Bobby Lyle - 1978 - New Warrior

[Português] New Warrior foi o terceiro disco de Bobby Lyle, tecladista, cantor e compositor com uma carreira contínua desde o início dos anos 70. Apesar dos inúmeros álbuns lançados por Lyle, este trabalho de 1978 é sem dúvida um dos mais interessantes da carreira pela criatividade e inspiração que foi gravado. Entre as faixas, destaques são a balada soul "Good Inside" (sample 1), o jazz fusion "New Warrior" e o tema solo no piano acústico em "What Is This Thing Called Love" de Cole Porter (Sample 2).

[English] New Warrior was the third album by Bobby Lyle, keyboardist, singer and songwriter with a solid career from the early 70s. Despite the numerous albums released by Lyle, this from 1978 is undoubtedly one of the most interesting from his career for the creativity and inspiration that was recorded. Between the tracks, highlights are the soul ballad "Good Inside" (sample 1), jazz fusion "New Warrior" and the theme in solo acoustic piano on "What Is This Thing Called Love written" by Cole Porter (Sample 2).
