Hoje , com um acervo discográfico respeitável, a pianista é uma grande referência no jazz internacional e principalmente no âmbito do jazz "sambado". Entre os diversos discos, este foi escolhido pela sonoridade particular, pela beleza, pelas composições e criatividade rítmica marcantes do álbum, que contou com nomes importantes no jazz atual como o baterista Peter Erskine, os percussionistas Don Alias e Café, o baixista Will Lee, os metais dos irmãos Michael Brecker e Randy Brecker, e o sintetizador de Jim Beard.
