Manuel Valera - New Cuban Express

[English] In this post, in continuity with the previous theme, more one contemporary talent of Afro Cuban music. In this time the keyboardist and Cuban composer Manuel Valera, with its two albuns of New Cuban Express project. Words of one of the albums "is strongly influenced by the experiments works of Cuban artists of the 1970s and 1980s as Emilio Salvador, and Irakere and Afrocuba groups, mixing elements of jazz, R&B, funk and fusion with the Cuban musical styles". Valera is accompanied by musicians, likewise, very talented and willing to innovations. The album Expectativas from 2013 was Grammy nominated, fact that contributing significantly to the wider dissemination of this project internationally.
